ClipSave ("the Service") provides a technical means to download media from publicly accessible URLs. The Service does not host, stream, or distribute any third-party content. All media files processed by the Service are fetched directly from the source platform in real time and delivered to the requesting user. No copy is retained on our servers beyond the delivery window (approximately 30 minutes).

Users of ClipSave are solely responsible for ensuring that their use of downloaded content complies with applicable laws and with the terms of service of the originating platform. Downloading copyrighted content without the rights holder's permission, or using downloaded content for commercial purposes or public redistribution, may be illegal in your jurisdiction.

How to Submit a Takedown Notice

Your notice must include the following information:

We will review all valid notices and respond within 72 hours. Incomplete or inaccurate notices may be disregarded.

Counter-Notice

If you believe that material was removed from our service as a result of a mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notice to dmca@clipsave.org with the required information under 17 U.S.C. § 512(g)(3).
